I recently received a text message from Vodafone, my mobile phone provider. It said: "To say thanks for being a Vodafone customer we've a gift for u at vodafone.com.au/delightme. To claim simple enter ur mobile number & ur code ********"
And this was four days ago. Today, while waiting in the long long line for my haircut, I was going through my messages and stumbled across the message. When I got home, I logged onto the site and typed in my code.

So I was four days late, and I found out a lot of the good stuff (Myer vouchers) had all run out, and was left with...
Being the greenie I am, I chose the "Take time to save the planet - Two trees planted on your behalf by conservation volunteers" option. Hope that turns out well ;)
So to all those who said million dollar telecommunication companies don't care about customers, you're all wrong. ;)
