Everything seems a bit quieter now after that Digg effect. I forgot to mention MadServe - which is the hosting I used, which managed to survive the effect, so it's pretty good hosting. No need to buy any new servers or anything :D
In other news, I've been on an online shirt buying frenzy. The thing with t-shirts in Australia is that there are not that many styles of shirts. There are 'surfwear' clothing which is currently occupying a lot of my clothing, there's 'plain' clothing, which is like plain boring shirts with designs drawn by 3 year olds, and then there's 'retro/music/urban' clothing - self explanatory. Since Australia is Australia, we don't like to import too much stuff, and this includes t-shirts. Unless we can get it at 5 cents a shirt from China, we tend to keep away from the stuff from America or Europe. That's why I decided to buy my own stuff online and be a bit... different. ThinkGeek was the first online store I bought stuff off. Although postage was $$$ to Australia, I am very happy with my purchase. It came within a week, and with an extra shirt (shame it was size XXL though - seriously, how big can you get?). Actually, I'm wearing the track jacket right now! Very warm and made in 'Downtown LA' - quality stuff. The other shirt I bought was a meh. shirt. As Michael Scott once said, it's "nifty grifty!"
Next off, I went to NoiseBot. I've ordered my three shirts, but I've yet to receive confirmation its been sent. Here's one of the shirts:

By the way, if you are after a coupon code for NoiseBot, use AprilAwesomeness to get 15% off! Note, it ends by the end of... April.
And today, I'm preparing myself to end the online shopping frenzy with DirtyMicrobe (RL). So far, their customer service has been awesome, providing me with much details about becoming an affiliate, as well as their coupon code, which is discount_tpo (10% off). Although the range isn't great, I think the quality of designs are best here. I'm going to have to see after I order them. Also, postage is only $5! Incredible :D Let's just hope they don't send it by ship and it arrives here early sometime next year. If these three stores don't entertain you, some other online shirt sites include Threadless, SplitReason and BustedTees
Also, if you haven't already, go and play around with Google Calendar. It's probably one of the most easiest calendar interfaces out there, and you can easily share your life with other people's lives! For those that are paranoid about Google finding more about them, there's a privacy button you can click to protect yourself. Either way, it's another great feature from Google, and definitely worth checking out. Adios amigos!
